I ship all over the world. If you find I am not set up to ship to your country, please message me, and I can add it!
Do the posters come framed? ๐ผ๏ธ
I sell posters onlyโframes in the mockups are just for visual inspiration. I recommend thrifting a cool frame to match your new cool print!
Shipping + Handling ๐ฆ
Please make sure that your delivery/shipping address is accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, don't hesitate to get in touch with me via email to rearrange shipping within 6 months.
โ ๏ธ Note that the buyer is always responsible for all shipping/handling, insurance, and customs fees. Shipping covers the cost of shipping and insurance for the items, and not the customs fees.
Customs + Import Duties๐งพ
Since 1st January 2021, shipping in/out of the EU has changed. Each country will have its import duties/customs fees, please check you are happy with these before ordering, as you will be responsible for the taxes or charges you may receive.
What is the shipping + arrival time?โฐ
Eva Bird Design goes by standard shipping rates: Ships in 5-7 Days + Delivered within 10-30 Days
What happens if my items arrive damaged or become lost in transit?๐
In the rare event an item arrives damaged (or never arrives), please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging to evabirddesign@gmail.com or via Instagram @evabirddesignso I can make a claim online.
Please do make sure your shipping details are correct, as I cannot accept liability for loss of a shipment because of an incorrect shipping address.
Is arefund possible if I am not happy with my items? ๐
Yes, it is. Please first send me an email with a picture of the received pieces and the reason why you are not happy with them. We will come up with a solution together!
โ ๏ธ However, you will only be refunded if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you were sent the wrong item. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method once I have received and inspected the item.
Do you accept custom orders? ๐
YES! I offer custom poster designs (created entirely for you) and one-of-a-kind digital illustration commissions. You can find them in my shop under Custom Orders & Commissions.
